Moroccan Tomatoes are vibrant red and delicious


  • 500 g fresh tomatoes
    1 red onion
    Fresh lettuce chopped or sliced very thin
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. Peel the skin off the tomatoes, cut it in half crossways and then squeeze out the seeds
  2. Dice the tomatoes and put them in a salad bowl
  3. Thinly slice the onion, and add them to the bowl with tomatoes
  4. add the lettuce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and a good grinding of black pepper
  5. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes
  6. You can place in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before serving.enjoy!
